The Tools That Help Me Stay Useful

A lot of support work starts with simple tools. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word may not sound exciting, but they are useful when the job is to organize information, prepare notes, or keep records clean.

Canva also became useful for me because not every task needs a complicated design tool. Sometimes the goal is just to make a clean visual, format a simple document, or prepare something readable for other people.

For web work, I use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, PHP, Firebase, Supabase, XAMPP, and Vercel. I do not see these tools as labels to show off. I see them as ways to update pages, fix small issues, deploy changes, and understand how a website is put together.

The more I use these tools, the more I understand that being useful is not about knowing everything at once. It is about learning the task, choosing the right tool, checking the result, and communicating clearly when something needs attention.
